1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all services provided by [Your Company Name] (“the Contractor,” “we,” or “us”) to the client (“the Client,” “you”). By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Scope of Work

All work to be performed will be described in a written Quote, Estimate, or Contract Agreement. Any variations, additions, or changes to the agreed scope must be confirmed in writing and may affect the total cost and timeline.

3. Quotes and Pricing

  • All quotes are valid for [30] days from the date issued unless otherwise stated.

  • Prices are based on current material and labor costs; adjustments may be made if conditions change.

  • Any additional work requested after acceptance of the quote will be charged at our standard rates.

4. Deposits and Payments

  • A deposit of 50% is required before work begins unless otherwise agreed.

  • Progress payments may be required for larger projects.

  • Final payment is due upon completion of the work.

  • Payments not received within 7 days of the invoice date may incur late fees or interest as permitted by law.

5. Access and Site Conditions

The Client agrees to provide safe and reasonable access to the worksite, including electricity, water, and necessary facilities.
We are not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by obstructions, hazardous materials, or site conditions beyond our control.

6. Materials and Warranty

  • All materials will be of good quality and installed according to industry standards.

  • Warranties apply as per manufacturer specifications and our workmanship guarantee of  1 month from completion.

  • Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or work done by others after completion.

7. Delays and Force Majeure

We will make every effort to complete the project on time, but we are not liable for delays caused by weather, supply issues, labor shortages, or other circumstances beyond our control.

8. Liability

  • We are insured and operate according to applicable safety and building regulations.

  • Our liability is limited to the value of the contract and does not extend to indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement in writing if the other breaches its obligations and fails to remedy the breach within a reasonable time.
Upon termination, the Client must pay for all work completed and materials purchased to date.

10. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good faith negotiation. If unresolved, the matter may be referred to mediation or an appropriate tribunal before legal proceedings.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws ofOH , USA , and any disputes will be handled in the courts of that jurisdiction.

12. Acceptance

By signing the quote, work order, or commencing payment, the Client acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
